Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders, and some international deliveries may also be delayed by customs which we have no control over.
Once your order has been prepared, wrapped and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to the order tracking number.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
Please call us if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to arrange next day delivery to any address in the UK or a faster delivery service to any country within the EU. Please note this is not always possible and additional charges may be applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Warwick Cashmere items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you may return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to exchange it for a more suitable size or colour we can also arrange this for you.

Returning a UK order For UK orders we offer a FREE returns and exchange service if made via our courier, however if you return via the post office you must do this at your own cost. Returning an order from outside the UK We regret that due to the increased charges for returning items from outside the UK, returns for ALL international orders must be made at your own cost. Note: As we trade in GBP and due to changes in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value.
Please note that as goods are returned to us at your own risk, we recommend that you choose a registered or tracked postal service or organise your return via our customer service team.
We do not accept liability for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received.
All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.
